I’m always on the look out for positive things to write about Tacurong City. Seeing new establishments and infrastructures rising up within Tacurong is a sign of progress. That’s one good enough surprise to write about.
I found this place while waiting for my car being washed nearby. I thought this is a posh residence rising along Purok New Negros Alunan Highway going Koronadal City. So while waiting I walked to the place and grabbed the opportunity of “interviewing” the very accommodating owner.
Woodland Tourist Inn rises up in Tacurong City
Woodland Tourist Inn, opened last May 12, 2012, just a day before I found this place. The modern looking tourist inn is located on a spacious private property in Purok Negros Alunan Highway going to Koronadal City. Currently expanding and adding amenities, it now has a total of 12 modern, minimalist and relaxing rooms- Four (4) Deluxe Rooms, Six (6) Twin Rooms and Two (2) Family Rooms. All rooms have LED/LCD cable TV, air conditioning system and hot/cold shower.

Noticeable is the unique lobby area sporting a minimalist theme. It also offers free internet access in the hallway and lobby area. There’s ample and safe parking area for guests with vehicles. Plus you get complimentary coffee once your checked in!
